§ 4-199. Effective date.

In order to provide for the efficient implementation of this chapter, the following rules shall govern:

A. Any eligible person may apply for and receive a title, and register, license, and decal any motor vehicle immediately upon enactment of this chapter.

B. This chapter shall be mandatory as to all Osage Nation owned vehicles immediately.

C. This chapter shall be mandatory as it applies to all new and used motor vehicles purchased six months after the date of enactment of this Act which is set forth in subsection (D) of this section, and mandatory as it applies to all covered persons on this effective date of this Act.1

D. The effective date of this Act shall be deemed to be the date that it is first enacted into law by the Osage Nation Congress. ONCA 06-10, eff. Sept. 29, 2006.
