A. Upon receipt of the certificate of title from the owner of the motor vehicle, the Osage Nation Tax Commission shall issue a salvage title for the motor vehicle.

B. Upon receipt of the certificate of title, the Osage Nation Tax Commission shall issue a salvage title for the motor vehicle. The certificate of title for a motor vehicle damaged by flooding shall be stamped with the words “Flood Damaged.” The certificate of title for any such motor vehicle which was recovered from theft, the salvage title or rebuilt title shall be stamped with the words “Recovered Theft.” ONCA 14-38, eff.
