A. If a motor vehicle with a salvage title is placed in operative condition, application shall be made to the Osage Nation Tax Commission for a rebuilt title. The application is to be formed by the Osage Nation Tax Commission.

B. Upon application, the owner of the motor vehicle must present the Osage Nation Tax Commission with the following documents: the salvage title, receipts for all parts replaced on the vehicle, and proof of current liability insurance.

C. Upon approval of the application, the vehicle owner must complete and submit a “Rebuilt Title Inspection Request” form. ONCA 14-38, eff. Apr. 28, 2014.
