§ 4-212. Issuance of rebuilt title.

A. Upon passage of the visual inspection and examination, the Osage Nation Tax Commission will issue a rebuilt title to the current holder of the certificate of title of the rebuilt motor vehicle.
B. The certificate of title for the rebuilt motor vehicle shall be stamped with the words, “This Rebuilt Vehicle has been inspected by the Osage Nation Tax Commission.” ONCA 14-38, eff. Apr. 28, 2014.
