§ 4-214. Affidavit.
This section is included in your selections.
A. Every owner of a motor vehicle who chooses to not use or operate a motor vehicle upon the public highways or public streets within the jurisdiction of the Osage Nation shall file an affidavit with the Osage Nation Tax Commission.
B. The form of the affidavit shall be prescribed by the Osage Nation Tax Commission. The affidavit shall contain blanks for the owner to specify:
1. The reason the motor vehicle shall not be driven;
2. The length of time the motor vehicle shall not be driven upon the public highways or public streets; and
3. Any other information deemed necessary by the Osage Tax Commission. ONCA 14-38, eff. Apr. 28, 2014.
