A. “Eligible boat or motor” means any boat or outboard motor in excess of ten (10) horsepower, which is owned by a member of the Osage Nation who resides within the jurisdiction of the Osage Nation and is principally garaged or stored within said jurisdiction on lands owned, leased or occupied by the Osage Nation or any member of the Osage Nation in trust, restricted or fee status.

B. Registration fees for boats and outboard motors are assessed for the period beginning July 1st and ending June 30th of the following year.

C. A boat or outboard motor must be registered yearly whether in use or not. The owner shall also make application for a certificate of title at the time of initial registration. If an owner fails to timely apply for a title and registration, fees and penalties are due for the current year and one year previous.

D. Registration fees are based on a combination of the actual purchase price and the number of years registered. ONCA 11-49, eff. Apr. 7, 2011.
