A. New or used boats and outboard motors must be registered within thirty (30) days from the date of assignment on the MSO or notarized bill of sale, or the date the owner becomes a resident within the jurisdiction of the Osage Nation.

B. If not registered within thirty (30) days, twenty-five cents ($0.25) per day penalty is due. However, the penalty will never exceed two times the registration fee. ONCA 11-49, eff. Apr. 7, 2011.
