The Tax Commission, in the name of the Nation, shall have full power to collect taxes and penalties assessed including the power to file suit in Osage Nation Court and to execute on any judgment by all appropriate legal remedies including attachment and seizure of the assets of any delinquent taxpayer in accordance with the provisions of Sections 1-131, 1-132, 1-133, 1-134 and 1-135 of this Title.
