§ 9-119. Use of tax proceeds.

Tax proceeds shall be deposited with the Tax Commission into the Revenue Tax Account, and spent in accordance with the requirements of Section 1-117 of this Title. ONCA 06-10, eff. Sept. 29, 2006.
