The Osage Legislature hereby affirmatively declares, asserts, and extends the jurisdiction of the Osage Nation over the Osage Indian Reservation and all Indian country, as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 1151, within the exterior boundaries of the Osage Indian Reservation, as described in the Act of June 5, 1872, 17 Stat. 220, except that portion purchased by the Kaws.
