A. The purpose of this Act is to order the compilation of Osage Nation laws in a written Code; and

B. Such compilation will make the laws of the Osage Nation more accessible, readable and understandable to the people of the Osage Nation governed by such laws, and by those persons administering such laws. ONCA 08-40, eff. Nov. 28, 2008.
