A. The Osage Nation Congress, through its Division of Legislative Services, is hereby directed to codify the laws of the Osage Nation, both present and future, to include slip laws, session laws and statutory laws.

B. The Division of Legislative Services is authorized to utilize the codification services of an outside publisher to accomplish the intent of this Act.

C. Acts of the Osage Nation Congress that address citations of congratulations, citations of merit, nominations, internal business of the Osage Nation Congress, Congressional rules or any nonbinding legislation shall not be part of the Osage Nation Code. ONCA 08-40, eff. Nov. 28, 2008.
