A. A record or signature may not be denied legal effect or enforceability solely because it is in electronic form.

B. A contract may not be denied legal effect or enforceability solely because an electronic record was used in its formation.

C. This article does not require a record or signature to be created, generated, sent, communicated, received, stored, or otherwise processed by electronic means or in electronic form.

D. A contract formed by the interaction of an individual and an electronic agent under 27A ONC § 2-204(D)(2)does not include terms provided by the individual if the individual had reason to know that the agent could not react to the terms as provided. ONCA 13-23, eff. Sept. 24, 2013.
