A. If the receipt of an electronic communication has a legal effect, it has that effect even if no individual is aware of its receipt.

B. Receipt of an electronic acknowledgment of an electronic communication establishes that the communication was received but, in itself, does not establish that the content sent corresponds to the content received. ONCA 13-23, eff. Sept. 24, 2013.
