§ 9-112. Administration of Osage Nation Secured Transactions Act; authority to promulgate regulations.

In accordance with applicable administrative and interpretive rules and after review and approval by the Osage Nation Congress, the Secretary of the Osage Nation may promulgate regulations necessary for the effective implementation and enforcement of this Osage Nation Secured Transactions Act.
