Every contract or duty within this Osage Nation Secured Transactions Act imposes, with respect to its performance or enforcement, an obligation that each party be honest and act in a manner that is consistent with reasonable commercial standards of fair dealing. ONCA 07-22, eff. June 18, 2007.
