The applicable laws and procedures for executions on judgments, collections of judgments, attachments and garnishments are Rules 64 and 69(a), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which generally direct the use of state procedures and practice in aid of execution. For such purposes the Court is authorized to direct the use of any such applicable forms prescribed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma or any of the forms contained in the Attorneys Information Manual of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma.
