The purpose of this code is to require all who receive certain benefits from the Osage Nation within its jurisdiction to execute lawful written stipulations to the jurisdiction of the Court of Indian Offenses while it has jurisdiction over such matters pursuant to various Osage Nation codes and to the jurisdiction of the Osage Nation Courts, as and when that jurisdiction is transferred to the Osage Nation Courts pursuant to applicable laws and regulations.
