§ 4-112. Penalty for unlawful levy.

Anyone violating the provision of 3 ONC § 4-110 shall be punished by a fine not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or confinement in the Tribal Jail not to exceed thirty (30) days, or both. ONCA 07-37, eff. Apr. 23, 2007; ONCA 11-41, eff. Apr. 12, 2011.
