This chapter shall apply to all limited liability companies (LLCs) organized under Osage Nation law or which elect to accept the provisions of this Act, and including all tribal LLCs wholly owned by the Nation, whether directly or as a wholly owned subsidiary of another tribal LLC or entity wholly owned by the Nation.
