§ 2-104. Applicable law.

The companies organized and created under this chapter shall be subject to this chapter and all other Osage Nation law. Unless displaced by particular provisions of this chapter or other Osage Nation law, the principles of law and equity supplement this chapter. ONCA 08-02, eff. June 13, 2008.
