A. In connection with the formation of an LLC, a person acquiring an LLC interest is admitted as a member upon formation unless the articles of operation otherwise provide.

B. After the formation of an LLC, a person acquiring an LLC interest is admitted as a member of the LLC as specified in the articles of operation or, if not so specified, by consent of all the other members, or, if the person is an assignee of another person’s LLC interest, only pursuant to Section 2-606 of this Title.
