§ 2-505. Distribution in-kind.

Unless otherwise provided in the articles of operation:
A. A member may not demand and receive any distribution from an LLC in any form other than cash.
B. A member may not be compelled to accept a distribution of any asset in-kind except for a liquidating distribution made proportionately. ONCA 08-02, eff. June 13, 2008.
