§ 2-705. Articles of dissolution.
This section is included in your selections.
After the dissolution of an LLC under Section 2-701 of this Title, the LLC may file articles of dissolution with the Secretary of the Osage Nation that include the following:
A. The name of the LLC.
B. The date of filing of its articles of organization.
C. The statutory grounds under Section 2-701 of this Title for dissolution.
D. The delayed effective date of the articles of dissolution under Section 2-111(C) of this Title, if applicable. ONCA 08-02, eff. June 13, 2008.
