Unless otherwise provided in articles of operation, upon receipt of the notice required by Section 2-802(E) of this Title, a member who did not vote in favor of the merger may, within twenty (20) days after the date of the notice, voluntarily dissociate from the LLC under Section 2-307(C) of this Title and receive fair value for the member’s LLC interest under Section 2-504 of this Title.
