There are hereby authorized to be created by duly adopted Joint Action Resolution of the Legislature, approved by the Principal Chief, limited liability companies wholly owned by the Nation, which shall be instrumentalities of the Osage Nation. The organizer shall file with the Secretary of the Osage Nation. When the organizer files the articles of organization and articles of operation of an LLC to be wholly owned by the Nation, a certified copy of the Joint Action Resolution authorizing the formation of the LLC and approving the articles shall be included.
