§ 2-916. Purpose of LLCs directly and indirectly owned by Nation.

The articles of operation for an LLC wholly owned, directly or indirectly, by the Nation shall state the purpose of the LLC that relates to the overall needs, priorities, goals, and objectives of the Nation and the Nation’s government, including how the LLC will contribute to Osage Nation economic policy and further the Nation’s goals of self-determination and economic self-sufficiency.
