A. Board members of all limited liability companies in which the Nation or an Osage Nation-owned LLC is the sole member must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, possess a high school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma, and have no felony convictions.

B. Board members of the Osage Nation-owned LLC shall have substantial business, financial or industry experience.

C. Managers of a subsidiary LLC in which an Osage Nation-owned LLC is the sole member must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and meet the qualifications set forth in the subsidiary LLC’s articles of organization. ONCA 08-02, eff. June 13, 2008; ONCA 18-53, eff. Sept. 21, 2018.
