The Osage Nation and all its constituent parts, subordinate organizations, boards, and committees, including the Tax Commission, are immune from suit in any jurisdiction except to the extent that such immunity has been expressly and unequivocally waived by the Nation or the United States Congress. This Business License Code shall not be construed in any way as a waiver of the Nation’s sovereign immunity, except as specifically stated herein. ONCA 07-40, eff. June 22, 2007.
