A. A business license shall be good for one or two years from the date wherein it is granted. All business licenses shall be renewed on or before its expiration date. The license fee required by Section 5-303 shall accompany the application for a business license.

B. A business license application form may be obtained during regular business hours at the Osage Nation Tax Commission. The license required to be obtained under this Code shall be in addition to all other licenses, fees, permits, contracts, leases and grants required by Osage Nation, state, and/or federal law, unless stated specifically otherwise.
