§ 5-303. License fee schedule.
A. The fee schedule for business licenses is as follows:
1. Manufacturing and Processing. Osage-owned: $35.00.
Non-Osage-owned: $100.00.
2. Mining. Osage-owned: $35.00.
Non-Osage-owned: $100.00.
3. Service. Osage-owned: $35.00.
Non-Osage-owned: $100.00.
4. Construction. Osage-owned: $35.00.
Non-Osage-owned: $100.00.
5. Transportation. Osage-owned: $35.00.
Non-Osage-owned: $100.00.
6. Communications. Osage-owned: $35.00.
Non-Osage-owned: $100.00.
7. Utility. Osage-owned: $35.00.
Non-Osage-owned: $100.00.
8. Real Estate Agencies. Osage-owned: $35.00.
Non-Osage-owned: $100.00.
9. Peddler’s license (per day): $10.00.
10. Vendors: $100.00.
11. Any other type of business not listed above: $100.00.
12. Temporary (quarterly or three months): $30.00.
B. In order to qualify as an Osage-owned business and receive a reduced license fee rate, the prospective licensee must provide a copy of their Osage Nation Membership Card, or Certified Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) Card, to the Osage Nation Tax Commission at the time of initial application and renewal.
