Corporations may be organized under this Code for any lawful purpose or purposes, including but not limited to one or more of the following purposes: benevolent, religious, educational, scientific, research, literary, musical, social, athletic, patriotic, political, civil, professional, commercial, industrial, business or trade association, mutual or civic improvement, or promotion of the arts.
