One or more natural persons of the age of twenty-one (21) years or more may act as incorporators of a corporation by signing, certifying, and delivering in duplicate to the Secretary of the Osage Nation articles of incorporation for such corporation. ONCA 21-27, eff. Apr. 6, 2021.
