§ 6-503. Filing of articles of incorporation.
A. Duplicate originals of the articles of incorporation shall be delivered to the Secretary of the Osage Nation. The Secretary of the Osage Nation may by regulation consistent with this Code set fees for filing articles and other filings under this Code.
B. If the Secretary of the Osage Nation finds that the articles of incorporation conform to law, he, she, or staff designated by him or her shall, when all fees and charges have been paid as under this Code prescribed:
1. Endorse on each of such duplicate originals the word “filed” and the month, day, and year of filing thereof;
2. File one of such duplicate original in his or her office;
3. Issue a certificate of incorporation to which he, she or designated staff shall affix the other duplicate original; and
4. Deliver the certificate of incorporation, together with the duplicate original of the articles of incorporation affixed thereto, to the incorporators or their representative. ONCA 21-27, eff. Apr. 6, 2021.
