Upon the incorporation, the corporate existence shall begin, and such certificate of incorporation shall be conclusive evidence that all conditions precedent required to be performed by the corporation have been complied with and that the corporation has been incorporated under this Code, except as against the Osage Nation in a proceeding to cancel or revoke the certificate of incorporation. A corporation organized under this Code shall in all matters be subject to the jurisdiction of the Osage Nation and the Osage Nation Courts. ONCA 21-27, eff. Apr. 6, 2021.
