§ 6-509. Filing of articles of amendment.
A. Duplicate originals of the articles of amendment shall be delivered to the Secretary of the Osage Nation.
B. If the Secretary of the Osage Nation finds that the articles of amendment conform to law, he, she or designated staff shall when all fees and charges have been paid as in this Code prescribed:
1. Endorse on each of such duplicate originals the word “filed,” and the month, day and year of the filing thereof;
2. File one of such duplicate originals in his or her office;
3. Issue a certificate of amendment to which he, she or designated staff shall affix the other duplicate original; and
4. Deliver the certificate of amendment, together with the duplicate original of the articles of amendment affixed thereto, to the corporation or its representative. ONCA 21-27, eff. Apr. 6, 2021.
