§ 6-612. Filing of decree of dissolution.

If the Court shall enter an order dissolving a corporation, it shall be the duty of the Clerk of Court to cause a certified copy of the decree to be delivered to the Secretary of the Osage Nation, who shall file the same. No fee shall be charged the Secretary of the Osage Nation for the filing thereof. ONCA 21-27, eff. Apr. 6, 2021.
