A. Any voting, consent, or approval right possessed by the Osage Nation, as the member of the public purpose corporation or otherwise, shall be exercised as follows:

1. A draft member resolution or other document shall be considered and voted on in accordance with procedures established by the Congress for the passage of resolutions; and

2. Pursuant to Article VI Section 14 of the Osage Nation Constitution, each resolution adopted by the Congress for the purpose of exercising the Nation’s voting, consent or approval rights as the member of a public purpose corporation or in any other capacity, shall be presented to the Principal Chief and is subject to a veto with an override provision.
