A. In addition to any reports to the Nation as member or otherwise required by its articles of incorporation, the Board of the public purpose corporation shall submit the following reports, records, documents and information to the Principal Chief and the Congress or their designees:

1. Copies of any periodic financial statements (including monthly or quarterly balance sheets, operating and cash flows statements) prepared in the ordinary course of business, promptly after they are furnished to the public purpose corporation’s Board of Directors;

2. A full report of the public purpose corporation’s operating activities and programs within one hundred twenty (120) days after the close of each fiscal year; and

3. A proposed annual budget for the following fiscal year, including proposed funding from the Nation and other sources, not less than forty-five (45) days prior to the commencement of each fiscal year of such public purpose corporation. ONCA 21-27, eff. Apr. 6, 2021.
