In addition to all other inspection and audit rights provided to the Nation by this Code and/or the articles of incorporation of a public purpose corporation, the Nation may at any time, upon action adopted in accordance with Section 6-704, require that any public purpose corporation be audited by an independent auditor engaged or approved by the Nation who shall have the absolute right to have access to all records and documents necessary or appropriate to conduct such audit.
