The Nation may bring civil action against any corporation declared to be a public purpose corporation, its Board, officers and employees/agents in the Osage Nation Court to: enforce any obligation or restriction imposed on the public purpose corporation under or by this Code or its articles of incorporation or establishing legislation or joint action resolution; or to enjoin any action or proposed action of the public purpose corporation that is unlawful, ultra vires or that could cause material harm to the Nation or its members if injunctive action is not taken.
