Such annual report of a corporation shall be delivered to the Secretary of the Osage Nation. If the Secretary of the Osage Nation, between the first day of January and the first day of March of each year, finds that such report conforms to law, he or she shall file the same. If he or she finds that it does not so conform, he or she shall promptly return the same to the corporation for any necessary correction, in which event the penalties hereafter prescribed for failure to file such report within the time hereinafter prescribed shall not apply, if such report is corrected to conform to the requirements of this Code and returned to the Secretary of the Osage Nation in sufficient time to be filed prior to the first day of July of the year in which it is due.
