§ 6-804. Fees for filing documents and issuing certificates.

A. Except with respect to a public purpose corporation, to which the following fees shall not apply and from which they shall not be collected, the Secretary of the Osage Nation shall charge and collect for:

1. Filing articles of incorporation and issuing a certificate of incorporation: One Hundred Dollars ($100.00);

2. Filing articles of amendment and issuing a certificate of amendment: One Hundred Dollars ($100.00);

3. Filing a statement of change of address of registered office or change of registered agent, or both: Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00);

4. Filing articles of dissolution: One Hundred Dollars ($100.00);

5. Filing a statement of election to accept this Code and issuing a certificate of acceptance: Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00);

6. Filing any other statement or report, including an annual report of a domestic or foreign corporation: Fifteen Dollars ($15.00);

7. Indexing each document filed except an annual report: Five Dollars ($5.00);

8. Furnishing a certified copy of any document, instrument, or paper relating to a corporation: Five Dollars ($5.00) plus per page cost;

9. Furnishing a certificate as to the existence of a fact relating to a corporation: Ten Dollars ($10.00).

B. The Secretary of the Osage Nation is authorized to make regulations providing for reasonable fees for other services not listed in this section or to changes by regulation in any and all fees for services set out in this Code. ONCA 21-27, eff. Apr. 6, 2021.
