All reports required by this Code to be filed in the office of the Secretary of the Osage Nation shall be made on forms which shall be prescribed and furnished by the Secretary of the Osage Nation. Forms for all other documents to be filed in the office of the Secretary of the Osage Nation shall be furnished by the Secretary of the Osage Nation on request therefor, but the use thereof unless otherwise specifically prescribed in this Code shall not be mandatory.
