A. The Nation has criminal jurisdiction over all Indians who commit crimes on Indian lands within the territorial jurisdiction of the Osage Nation.

B. The Nation has special domestic violence criminal jurisdiction over all Indians and Non-Indians who commit specific domestic violence crimes or dating violence crimes on Indian lands within the territorial jurisdiction of the Osage Nation as authorized and defined by the Indian Civil Rights Act, 25 U.S.C. §1304.
