Any person violating any of the provisions of Sections 1-101 to 1-104 of this Title who during such violation endangers any human life, including all emergency service personnel, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by imprisonment in the Tribal Jail for not less than one year, or by a fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or both.
