A. As used in this section, the term “person authorized” means any owner or lessee, or his or her agent, or any law enforcement officer whose department has received written authorization from the owner or lessee, or his or her agent, to communicate an order to enter the property in the case of a threat to public safety or welfare.

B. Any person who, without being authorized, licensed, or invited, willfully enters or remains in any building, structure or conveyance, or, having been authorized, licensed, or invited, is warned by the owner or lessee of the premises, or by a person authorized by the owner or lessee, to depart and refuses to do so, commits the criminal offense of trespass in a building, structure or conveyance.

C. Any person convicted of committing the criminal offense of trespass in a building, structure or conveyance shall be guilty of a crime punishable by imprisonment in the Tribal jail for not less than fourteen (14) days nor more than ninety (90) days, by a fine in any amount not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or both such fine and imprisonment.
