A. Any person who places, posts, or erects signs upon land or upon trees upon land adjacent to or adjoining all public roadways of the Nation, without the written consent of the owner of such land, or the written consent of the attorney or agent of such owner, commits the criminal offense of unlawful placing signs adjacent to roadways.

B. Any person convicted of committing the criminal offense of unlawful placing signs adjacent to roadways shall be guilty of a crime punishable by imprisonment in the Tribal jail for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days or a fine in an amount not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or by both such imprisonment and fine; and, in addition, the court shall order restitution for actual damages incurred.
