It shall be unlawful for any person, for the purpose of violating any Code of the Osage Nation, to willfully and knowingly misrepresent his age by presenting a false document purporting to state his true age, said person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the Tribal Jail not exceeding one year and a fine of up to One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or both.
