A. No person in the Osage Nation shall hold himself out as a notary public, attach his signature as a notary public, use a notary public seal, or perform any notarial act unless he is authorized pursuant to the Osage Nation Code to perform such acts.

B. Any person convicted of knowingly and willfully violating any of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the Tribal Jail not exceeding one year and a fine of up to One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00), or both. ONCA 13-25, eff. Apr. 19, 2013.
